  • Your chosen role on EduBridge (student or tutor)
  • Messages, lesson requests, and other content you create while using the platform

We use your information only to run and improve EduBridge. This includes:

  • Creating and managing your account
  • Matching students with tutors
  • Sending booking and chat notifications by email
  • Keeping our community safe and responding to support requests

3. Who can see your information

Your email address is kept private and is not shown publicly on your profile. Other users can see the name, profile picture, subject, bio, and availability you choose to share. Tutors and students who are connected through a lesson request can see each other’s names and exchange messages through the platform.

Your data is stored securely through our backend provider. We use standard security practices, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect your information. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

You can update your profile information at any time from your account settings. If you would like us to delete your account and associated data, please contact us.
